Caller Screen Not visible

Since a week on my Max Pro M2 (Running on Android 9) I can't see the Call Screen when some one calls me?
When someone calls me the caller screen doesn't pop up, so I need to go to notification panel to receive the call.
I have restarted my phone several times but nothing has worked.
I have not updated my phone with the latest security update.
Help.

Caller Screen Not visible

Just clear data of phone dialer app if it doesn't work, then go to settings and go to reset option and click on reset app preferences.

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3. If still you face the issue factory reset your phone after taking a full backup.

Sorry, but both ways won't work tried on my other max pro m1 ,2 months back.
Facing the problem since 6 months..
Asus really a wrong decision for all of us.
