Firmware Version: PKQ1.WW_Phone-16.2017.2002.061-20200219
Rooted or not: No
Frequency of Occurrence: Daily
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
Battery gets drained from 99% to 75% within few hours (5hours) even when airplane mode is on and kept idle. Battery is getting drained even when I'm not using my phone.

have same exact problem any solution? i have try :

-restrict app in background doesnt work

-force stop wellbeing doesnt work

-greenify doesnt work and make phone heat l

-turn off phone when im sleeping work but seriously????? i must turn it off????

-uninstall many apps doesnt work

-change charger doesnt work

i hope some one have solution.

Yes same happening to me.
I tried that all u mentioned. Even phone is switched off Battery is Draining.

Found my solution, turn off your wifi then go to wifi click scan setting, turn off both option. it keep scan wifi and mobile data even when we disable both network. i will try in next 2-3 days if this is really effective, last night my battery drain only 1% when i do this.

Hii plz help me. My battery is draining too much like it will charge 99 percent not 100 percent it will drain to 0 percent within 30 mins. Once it will reach to 50 percent it will show 0 percent charge it will shutdown. Help me plzzzz....

I am facing the similar problem with my zenfonemaxprom1 , since last may security patch update ... Battery drains fast when we not using the phone

I already tried it.
At earlier it was the problem."That wifi scanning". This wifi scanning not Only drain max pro m1 it ll also drain in every phones.
This ll be software bug and it's very important to give a new update after resolving every bugs.
