battery drains fast....in full charging it takes 4 - 5 hrs to become 0% in normal use....battery drains even during sleep mode...I tried battery calibration but it didn't work...everyone saying it to be a software issue...

When did you bought the phone.

approx 1 year & 6 months...
it's not about battery health...
when i was in android 10 beta it was perfect...

but beta 2 had some serious audio issue so I switched back to android 9....
& boom....battery backup got down to 4 hr from full 8 hr+ in just 5 hr difference....

Thank you for your asking. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

Settings>System>Advanced>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.

If the issue remain the same, please enter Safe Mode and charge your device to 100%, put it in idle overnight and provide me the screenshot of 
①Setting>Battery 
②Setting>Battery>3 dots on the top"Show app usage"
Furthermore, is there any zone heating up while using/idling?
