Frequency of Occurrence: CONSTANTLY

I've changed my internet service provider, after getting new router my phone starts connecting and disconnecting wi-fi constantly (every second new connection).
Please tell me how to fix that because i can't use wi-fi at all...

Thank you for your asking. Kindly try some stay-at-home troubleshooting tips below:
1. Please make sure that the new router supports MPM1: WLAN 802.11 b/g/n 2.4 GHz
2. Please try to reset Network: Settings>System>Reset options>Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
3. Re-open the router
