SanjuAsus CC representatives told like that before. Now they changed their wordhttps://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/28297/asus-zenfone-max-pro-m1-stable-android10
Few people told earlier on 6th May that Max Pro M1 users will get FOTA Update for .424 version within next 5-7 days or 7-10 days.. Haven't you received the same through FOTA yet?

pvkrishnanunniLol. Yeah we know for all these long years about what Asus Customer Care people reply to give fake assurances to its users. Thats why we don't believe those bot like CC representatives and its better to stop talking with them. They know nothing, they just reply whatever they think without any knowledge. Thats why I told earlier when they published the .424 developer build on the official support page, that these kinda Updates like beta or developer version, those updates don't get pushed through FOTA, its quite normal that you get FOTA for only stable versions. Whoever tells you that you would get FOTA for a beta or developer version, they are just fooling people around. Publishing changelog doesn't mean that FOTA will be pushed. Version like AOSP, BETA, DEVELOPER BUILD, those are meant to be downloaded and installed manually only.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/80117#Comment_80117
