We need android 10 stable update for asus zenfone max pro m1.

I'm in beta 2 of asus zenfone max pro m1, suddenly during watching a video my phone speaker shuts off.I have reboot my phone many time but the prob remains,i have checked smmi test But it fails in test,,now asus customer support says it is hardware prob,, I'm now thinking why i have done this beta2 update.. I'm quite disappointed with Asus.
