A clear and final date for Android 10 update.

Dear Asus,
I understand that
Asus is in search of incredible.
But, here you don't need to search for Android 11 or so, please update it to android 10.
And while searching for incredible you are getting incredibly late.
We understand that there must be some issues which makes it too late, but you might understand how it feels being the last one with android 9 in a friend circle.
We are aware of the fact that bugs will come. But we can cope up with it till it's succeeding update.
It's my request from all max pro m1/m2 user to expedite the process of updating our handsets to android 10.
Thank you,
A max pro m1 user.

Personal request to get following things added with Android update 10 for Max Pro1 in India :

Integrated app lock.

Integrated Asus gallery with hidden locker.

Screenshot drawing fingers on the screen.

All round Camera improvement , in low light too.

Integrated camera scanner for documents scanning , pdf and sharing option ( to avoid other apps for security reasons).

Please keep these requests in mind. Hopefully these will be helpful to all the Asus users.

Thanks in anticipation.

Hi heatndusty,
Sorry, since ZenFone Max Pro M1 comes with stock Android system, we're afraid ZenUI features and ASUS apps won't be available. Thanks for your suggestions.

Hi fenderbhaskar ,
After upgrading to Android 10, there will be new optimizations to enhance system performance (e.g. touch booster,...), and the chemical properties of Lithium ions may cause the battery capacity to decrease gradually over one year of use. Therefore, the current experience may not be the same as your previous experience. If the current experience is affecting your normal use, we would suggest that users downgrade to Android 9. You may also visit the service center to check the battery health (life cycle remain) and make sure if a new battery replacement is needed for your device when it is over one year of use.
Thanks for your understanding and support for ASUS products.
