Apk not installed!!

I download the soul knight 2.2.2 on google and trying to install it and it say apk not installed. I don't know how to fix it , i trying to download other websites and trying to install it , it say apk not install. Why??? How to fix it. :'(

Hi kemreturn, Did you download this app from Google Play Store? Please tell me your firmware version, and make sure you have updated to the latest firmware version. Settings > System > About Phone > Software information Please show us a screenshot of the error. Thank you 🙂
