My phone has recently started this issue and continues to freeze and shut down even after I downloaded the recovery previous ( good ) system files from my latest backup. Before I decide to reset to factory mode, I wonder if the root of this cause is from the Android 13' System Update done on Jan 11 ( Release Key TKQ1.220807.001.33.0804.2060.218 ) . Prior to this latest update I never experienced any type of issues, including this one . Any thoughts on this? Thank you.
