ZenFone 9 arrived with newer firmware than is available for download

I just purchased & received a new ZenFone 9 (US version). It arrived with firmware 32.2040.2040.28. However, the only version available for download on the Asus support site is 32.2040.2040.23, which is out of date.
I need a download of the current version, for development purposes. Where I can I download the current/correct firmware, as shipped on my new device?

The firmware is now available on the default support page . Does anyone know if Asus included the Oktober patches ?
