Video System High Battery Drain

Video System is draining my battery, cant find a way to stop it.

2. Firmware Version: Latest
3. Rooted or not: No
4. Frequency of Occurrence: Always
5. APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): NA

I ended all System Processes including Firefox, it was still running.   Whatever is happening, it never flagged up in the OS.
