USB tethering turns the phone off

Hello, if I try to share internet connection through USB tethering, the phone turns off. Does this happen to anyone else? I have tried to share to two different devices, same thing.

Please navigate to Android->Restrictions->Allow Network Settings. Disable the option 'Tethering' to block the users from turning on tethering on their devices. This will disable the blue tooth and USB tethering along with the Portable Wi-Fi hotspot
