smart key quick access sensitivity

Hello, 

I have noticed that the smart key swipe quick access has some weird sensitivity issues. Sometimes working sometimes not, is there something I am missing to increase this sensitivity/ reliability. Might have been better on A12 but I updated out of the box

it has been set to show notifications

yeah it is unusable, erratic is best description. too sensitive and you have to turn it off. same as battery for the back of the phone
