I hope at least the critical issues among these are fixed before ending software support. ASUS' name is getting maligned all over forums, XDA forums, Instagram and YouTube because of this ill support from ASUS for their flagship devices and has even reached till the consumer court and the import-export division of the Indian government and subsidiaries. I hope these issues are fixed, which otherwise has made this device mediocre and half useless. I upgraded to A14 thinking these issues might have been fixed but now new issues have been added after upgrading from A13.
