Odd Battery Behaviour

Recently my phone's battery percentage level has started acting erratically - or rather - squarely .

Attached are screenshots from the phone's Battery Usage and battery seems to charge itself instantaneously before immediately jumping down to a more "normal level".

Has anyone else seen this behaviour? 

Something for sure seems wrong to me.

Any update? The battery fluctuations are getting worse.

Same problem here, version .204

Another side effect is that planned charging is going wild for the same reason starting and stopping charging randomly.
