Notification turned off but still sound

Zenfone 9, Android 13 fully updated.

Hey there,
After latest update to Android 13 I am having a lot of issues with phone and its settings that change whothout my intervention.
Even if I turned off all notificaton on Chrome, there is very anoying sound when page is trying to open popup but it is blocked.

I also have an issue with display that do not tunr off when calling.
