Microphone issues

When I'm speaking on the phone putting the call on speaker, the person I'm calling to tells me that the quality of the sound is really bad, distant and robotic.
Also when I'm recording voice messages on WhatsApp, the quality of the recording is really bad sometimes, the Secord start few sec. After I push the button and sounds low and distant.
Does anyone experience those issues also? I see other users also report this kind of problem with the microphone (pic below)

I have the same issue with he mic quality but only when I'm speakerphone mode (on WhatsApp, might be other applications but I don't use any)

just sent it yesterday to the lab, as I had also random restarts as well as microphone issues.
ill update once ill get it back if the problem persists.

I have the same problem with mic during the calls. The other side is frequently complaining that the voice is crackling, robotic and in the end they usually stop hearing me completely. Is there please some solution?
