How to activate visual voicemail?

I know my Zenfone 9 prompted me to install visual voicemail, but I can't seem to make it work. How?

Hey @Liazard,
Have you checked if your carrier supports visual voicemail since not all carriers or countries/regions offer this feature?
Moreover, the Asus phone app doesn't support the visual voicemail feature, however, if you wish to use it you can download the Google phone app.
