Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: Zenphone 9
Firmware Version: 32.2040.2040.28
Rooted or not: not
Frequency of Occurrence: about 50%
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Camera
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.
========================================
When shooting slo-mo videos, sometimes frames are dropped. This is not an export problem, frames are also missing in the "raw" high fps video.
I haven't been able to notice what could trigger the issue, sometimes it doesn't happen, but very often it does.
Here's a few examples:
Very interested to know if other people have the same problem or if I got a faulty unit.

I have got the same problem, 30 fps instead of 60 fps before exports and have got a lag.
According to me, it's a problem software, not hardware.
