Earspeaker has stopped working after update zenfone 9

hey guys just updated my zenfone 9 yesterday to version 33.0804.2060.240 and have a major issue where when you call someone or someone calls you there is no audio from the earspeaker please help

• Can you please mention what kind of ear speaker you use? Is it a 3.5mm headset or a BT headphone?
• Could you please provide the model of your ear speaker?
• While calling, do you use the default phone app or some third-party app?
• Do you experience the issue throughout the phone or only briefly (2-3 seconds)?

its not a headset or BT headphone its the actual speaker that plays audio when you are talking to someone on the phone top of the phone

i do not use a third party app for calling

it happens all the time i even did a factory reset still is the same 

i did the .12345+= and did the receiver test and failed due to unable to hear number it saids on test
