Asus Unlock Tool not working on Zenfone 9

Recently received an Asus Zenfone 9 and the Asus Unlock App is returning "Failed to unlock your device, please try again later.[24802]" when attempting to unlock the bootloader.  While running logcat I also see the following HTTP output:

I also encountered this [24803] error. hope they provide some update soon. 🤔

My phone is completely new and has not been used at all

I don't want to download the software until it is (unlocked)

I bought it for that reason unlocking and controlling it

Guys: There is no way to unlock the phone except through the Asus unlock app first time

Therefore, you must follow the Asus page (unlocking tool)

Are there updates on the tool or not

And if this is not the case, try to enter the tool loaded on your phone and try it every time

in my opinion . Asus will not tell anyone if the matter is fixed, except for the way users experience it

And any update in the matter I will definitely inform you, because I suffer from the same problem (error 24802 or 28803)

I received a letter in the mail from Asus

Dear ROG6DUltimate,

Please note that as per our HQ there's a System Maintenance until the period on May 2, 2023, till further notice.

The Unlock app service is currently under maintenance, and the service will be suspended during the maintenance period.

Thanks for the update 

This behavior from asus is unacceptable. I'll resell my phone since I can't use it without proper tools (they use root so I need an unlocked bootloader). This never happened to me before with any other phone brands. I will not recommend asus to anyone anymore
