Dear Asus,
I am thankful for your replies, Today i received my phone after i had a replacement of my main board for its malfunction, sadly, after 8 hours of usage my new main board DIED !!! this time i trusted the new board that i copied some of my data nad contacts to it and now nothing, i cant retrieve it !! if i send to asus , i will lose all !! i was without phone for 2 weeks and all the new contacts within this two weeks are gone !! Please be careful, I had data loss !
IF ANYONE KNOW HOW TO RETRIEVE DATA PLEASE HELP.....
I have no idea how can i trust the device now ! please , asus was such a good company when we talked about reliability and i cant see it anymore !! I have written it to service centre , but want asus to overcome this issue !!
AS A USER I AM DISAPPOINTED !! i hope asus will take these issues seriously !!
