Hi everyone,
After updating my ASUS ZenFone 8 to the latest Android version two days ago, I started experiencing a plain white screen every time I make or receive a call, making the phone unusable during calls. Following ASUS support’s advice, I rebooted the system, but the white screen issue persisted even after Android reinstalled itself with the same update.
I have tried disabling the proximity sensor, but the screen remains unresponsive during calls. This issue is disrupting important communications, and I am looking for any effective solutions to resolve it permanently. Can someone suggest how I can fix this screen problem?
