HBO cannot stream because the phone cannot decode

I cannot stream video with HBO Max on my phone. It looks like a decoding problem during stream. 

I can clearly see that many ASUS Zenfones with Android 13 has the same issue with Locked Threads in the forum. ASUS, are you planning to help solving the issue? I mean, my expectations of you are low but you are challenging yourself.
