I have an issue with my brand new zenfone 8. I can't get mobile data to work with my curent provider (UPC Switzerland).
I have tried lots of thing:
- removing, putting again the sim card (which works with another phone)
- Disable, re-enabling mobile data
- Switching to different type of network (2g/3g/4g)
- Putting on/off the plane mode
But at the end, I am forced to have the wifi enable to get data.
Any idea how to fix that ?

gard.sebastienHave a word with your carrier operator by calling there customer care and ask them for manual APN settings and see if that helps.
I have just tried that, but it doesn't change anything.
Also, under APN (before and after the reset), it says "Access Point Name settings are not available for this user"
