Audio Wizard setting

What are good audio/video settings for built-in speakers? I've tried playing about with audio wizard but haven't quite got it right yet

If you ask me, adjusting the equalizer bands + Treble/Bass sliders can quickly get messy as they sort of affect the same things.
Suggest sticking with the equalizer only and leave the treble/bass sliders at default.

My personal setting would be to dial down 3,8khz and above.
