wifi not work zenfone 8 after android 13 upgrade

exactly 1 year of using asus zenfone 8 suddenly wifi doesn't work, hotspot doesn't work, and GPS doesn't work properly. all this started when I upgraded to android 13.
the warranty has ended suddenly an event like this happened. can I get an additional warranty?
previously I never experienced problems while using android 12

May I ask if you are having Wi-Fi problems in your current usage?

Same for me. I was using my phone as a WiFi hotspot under Android 12 yesterday. This morning I upgraded to Android 13 and the hotspot settings don't even appear when I navigate to the settings they used to live under.  However, if I search for the hotspot settings, I can find them. Once again however, if I tap the setting on, it flashes but remains off. Same with Bluetooth tethering.

This is 100% an Asus software issue, not a hardware issue and not an issue that will be solved with a factory reset (I've seen others posting about this, and a factory reset didn't help them).

How can we get the Asus developers to fix this? It's definitely a bug.
