Wifi and Hotspot not working

My wifi & wifi-hotspot suddenly stopped working after an update. They won't turn on at all (the hotspot says Error when I try turning it on from this screen).... I've seen multiple posts with similar issues dating back to a  beginning of 2023. How can we fix this ? Is Asus even going to push an update to resolve this known bug. Really disgusted with the software experience.
