What software issues are you facing? Usually, a factory reset of your device will help with any issues regarding software. Otherwise, if it's hardware, then you will need to contact the service center.
Initially, they told me, that a software update is needed and it will be paid service because phone has scratches on the backside. I aggreed with that, becouse price was not high. But after that they writed me, that this doesn't help and they want to change mainboard and it will cost me almost all phone price.
