Spotify app isn't compatible with my ZenPhone 8

Hi
I'm not able to install the Spotify app on my freshly updated ZenFone 8. I have contacted Spotify support team and they said that shouldn't have been a problem as the minimal requirement is Android 5. I have contacted the GooglePlay support team. They did not resolved the issue and advised to contact the manufacture of my phone.

Could anyone help me with it, please?

Thank you for your patience as we try to troubleshoot this. 

 

However, our team was not able to reproduce this, so we need more information from your side. Can you please share an error log and a "long screenshot" of the device property so we can read all the information we need. 

 

Please follow these steps:

  1. error log: use calculator app>enter ".19595+=> generate "general cases" log> reproduce installation issue>finish and share the log to google drive.
  2. device property info: go to calculator app>enter ".98765+="

Thanks for your insistence on resolving my issue.
I'm quite busy on my work this week, and I'm going to perform the actions of collecting logs this weekend.
