Got my Zenphone 10 yesterday on and went to put in my Cricket Wireless SIM card in, worked fine for maybe 5 minutes then told it turned off and told me it wasn't HD voice compatible. So I went to look on their website and gave the IMEI1 number to see if it was supported, which is said it was. Then, to see if is a problem with my SIM card, I went to the Cricket Store in person to see if they could help me. The lady there told me that it wasn't working because it was labled under 3G. I've wanted to use the phone so I tried a AT&T prepaid SIM and again same problem however it stated my phone was 2G. Any solutions or ideas would be helpful. Also I factory reset my phone today just in case it had something to do with it.
