Notification center scrolling bug

I'm using Android 12 .81 version. this bug comes after about 3 weeks using the android 12. pulling down the notification center got stuck and not smooth (as in video). even when the notification center is clear, no notification, it still stuck and not smooth. please fix this problem. thanks

Thanks for reporting it. I have try to reproduce it but I'm not getting this issue.
1.Does it happen while you receive notifications from all apps or just specific ones?
2.Do you have refresh rate set to 90 or 120 Hz?
3.Also could you disable developer option if you have that enabled?

1. i think it happen from all apps but even when there is no notification the bug is still there.
2. 120 Hz
3. developer option already disabled
