Maybe ask your phone company. I use volte on mine (Orange Romania). Settings - Network & internet - Internet - SIM - VoLTE.

I have switched from virgin mobile to heyah 01 and now works both volte and vowifi.

Still no VoLTE Megafon (RU).
And it is still in "plans"
