This morning I got an update and VoLTE is working now on the Dutch KPN\Simyo network.

No, not yet. It was promised in the first quarter of 2023 and the Zenfone 9 got it recently, so I expect it with the next update.

I got a message from the helpdesk that VoLTE is currently not supported on the KPN network, but that ASUS is discussing this issue with KPN and a solution is expected to be released in Q2 2023.
