I got a message from the helpdesk that VoLTE is currently not supported on the KPN network, but that ASUS is discussing this issue with KPN and a solution is expected to be released in Q2 2023.

Problem seems to be solved.I dialed *#*#3642623344#*#* in the dialer and disabled "bellen via wifi" (VoWifi) in the Internet.Sim options and now I don't get complaints about my voice quality anymore
