is there any heating issues on Zenfone 8 because of Snapdragon 888?

i have heard Oneplus 9 Pro and many other phones with Snaprdragon 888 reported heating issues.
so, i am gonna buy asus zenfone 8, is there any heating or any other issues?

Not anymore unless you start extreme gaming sessions. It is mostly fixed

Currently I'm facing random restart due to WiFi not able to switch on properly. I really hope next firmware upgrade to Android 12 fix this. I also read other user had to RMA and change the board due to similar issue. It was a very good phone until this problem happen to me.

Battery life was good for me in the past 3 month. I never expected more then 6 hours sot coming from a galaxy s10e.

I am very satisfied with the phone. Some minor issues are there (do not disturb does not always turn off) but that works for me.
