How to clean the earpiece?

In a call the man had a cough in the phone, and for that my Z8 earpiece (speaker) blew out lots of dust.
Is there a way, to clean it (other than calling coughin people)?

I think some brands have cleaning options in settings. It involves bursts of sound, like coughing 😄
