I also encountered the same problem, since the last version(.115), and this version(.22) have occasional flashlight will not light the problem. I'm from Taiwan.

The time difference between the two videos is very short, which means that the flashlight can work again after a few seconds interval.

Have you tried to check it with Calculator? (,12345+=)
