Flashlight occasionally does not light up.

Has anyone else had problems with flashlights occasionally not lighting up or not responding?
Firmware: 30.12.112.22

@aa2468291 Does this only when you toggle it from the quick settings menu? What if you bind the flashlight to the smart key?

There are no smart keys tied to it.
And any app that uses the flashlight function will not light up.
