Can't download MMS or send !

Need help ! I had this problem from day 1 ! , You guys need to fix this

@viciousaim Make sure you have the correct APN settings for your operator. These can usually be found on the operator's website, just google 'APN settings + operator'. You can also call them and ask for the correct settings.

Settings -> Network & internet -> Mobile network -> Access Point Names

APN is correct , i have reset the phone like 10 times and nothing works , i use 2 different simcards and it's the same results can't receive or send mms , you guys need to fix this ASAP , I'm living in Sweden

Beacuse i have been able to send mms occasionally but i can as of the latest update not verify my phone number in the google messenger app. It just says "trying to verify" and nothing more.
And as far as APN, i have been in contact with telenor and my APN are correct.
