@Chris1 You mean you cannot open Contacts from the stock manager app or from a 3rd party app?
1.Please confirm you are on update 30.12.112.62
2.You could you try clearing cache system wide
Settings > Advanced > Mobile Manager > Cleanup > Scan Cache > Clean cache
3.If issue stills occur you could also back up your data and perform "factory reset"
