Android 13 - Notification icon color issues

I've noticed a small visual issue with the notification icons on Dark mode, Display size: smallest (min width: 462 dp).

If I turn the display size to the next step, the icons contrast normally. Some icons disply normally but many third party notifications don't contrast. There is also a spacing issue highlighted in the snips.

It's not a big issue but can others confirm this? Thank you.

bro do you manually updated to A13 or update recevied by OTA
