Dear Network,
i have a big issue here. My asus zenfone 8 flip automatically turns off when I enter the home screen of the phone. I was using it normally when suddenly the phone turned off. Since then, when i enter the home screen it automatically turns off. Thus, when i restart the phone and then enter the pin for my sim and the code of my phone, it turn off. Weirdly enough, this happens only when i enter the home screen. Whenever i stay with the screen blocked it does not turn off. Can anybody help me/ did anyone experience the same problem?
