After upgrading to A13, noticed that my video can only be recorded max at FHD @60 FPS. Anyone having the same issue?? How to overcome? Thks

My guess is that you have Hypersteady on?

Based on your experience, how to record in 4K without hyper steady short of using a tripod? Any compatible gimbal you are using? ☺️
