No "missed call" notifications shown for few key contacts

I have an issue with my ZenFone8 Flip - after a missed call there is no notification of it (i.e., the dot not shown on app icon, nor any message in the notifications list) for certain calls from contacts (which are even key/ close/ favorites). Is there any solution? Many thanks!

I'm sorry to hear about this issue. To assist you more effectively, could you please provide us with the following details:

 

  • A log of "Phone, Mobile Networks, and Signal" along with a screen recording. You can follow these instructions to generate the log: Guide to Log File.
  • The name of your phone's mobile network operator and the operators of the contacts for whom you are not receiving notifications.
