Asus zenfone black screen, one line appears and then turns off.
So i have bought Asus phones for years now. last 3 different phones worked beautifully, until last week.
My phone complete turned off, i did everything hold power button, volume but no response. Its just black screen with one bright white light that appears for a second then turns off. The screen is fine hasn't been dropped. no sound or vibration. I bought it late 2021 and had no problems until now. I took it to local shop and they said it was not the battery. maybe motherboard or software. anyone know what the problem may be?
