He is a Zenfone 5z user and its his point of view.
But unfortunatly official version is not released yet and screenshot which you have shared above are of beta version itself (still testing phase) . If final build is released it will be announced in the Zenfone 7/7pro release note section so keep an eye here👇

It is not final stable version but it can become a final stable version if beta testers doesn't see any bugs/ problems with released A11 version.

If stability of firmware gets confirmed than it will be released by end of this month.

Patience is the key here...!

His point is that released beta build can be more stable than earlier and the changelog which is mentioned in the screenshot was a critical wifi bug for beta users which took some more time to get fixed and finally fix for that wifi bug is released with this new firmware and there where no other bugs observed by users in its previous build so basically if beta testers gives positive feedback with recent released firmware than ASUS will consider it as a stable version and they will release it for all Zenfone 7/7 pro users.
And also as i described you in above comment keep an eye on release notes which is official from ASUS rather than believing Users.
