Flip camera tool shortcut does not work

When using the flip camera tool swipe up shortcut, it does not show up

Flip camera tool shortcut does not work

You must swipe in from the very edge of the corner. It's hard to see from your video if you're doing it right or if you're a little bit too far off to the left. I can send you a PM with you want to send a log

I just solved the problem however i think this was not a normal behavior of the system. This swipe up gesture shortcut actually does not work when i disable google as device assistant.
I dont like it because when i try to record an audio message within whatsapp i always accidentally touch the assistant zone activation in the navbar ( right side corner).
So why asus flip camera tool swipe gesture is broken when device assistant is disabled ?
