ZS630KL keeps crashing after the latest OTA update (ver *.167)

I received the latest OTA update on 25th night and since yesterday my phone keeps crashing. I also noticed that while opening anything, the network (both WiFi and mobile network) keep resetting on its own. The phone crashes randomly and has become pretty much annoying and useless. It's making my daily usage counter productive. Anyone facing this issue and is there any solution to this?

just reset and check again.. if its software issue it will get resolved..

Its become worse. I had done a factory reset on 26th night. The problem persisted and today it has become worse. I have managed to reset the phone again. But now the phone keeps crashing in the first time setup screen. This is really poor quality. I don't know whether the problem is software or hardware, but now I am afraid to turn on my phone.
