Phone Crashing Randomly, WiFi and Sim not reading

Can see lot of them phones expericing these issues, any solution to these frequent crashes and WiFi and Sim issues? Factory reset have done it for the third time , stil the issue persist.Any solution to this would be appreciated.

Network keeps switching from 4g to 2g

My asus 6z is switching to 2g even if 4g signal is there .I am currently on airtel and i have to force the phone on lte mode using *#*#4636#*#* .

How common is the camera rattle?

No media sound.

While playing U tube videos&music there is no sound.In settings set media volume in the maximum.

Network speed meter

The internet speed meter is always on even when the network is off, I think there must be an option for it to hide automatically when the network is off.
